Rockledge Revisited

John Ballandine, an industrialist, built this Georgian mansion in 1758 in Occoquan, Virginia with the help of master builder William Buckland. It is said to be home to the ghost of a Confederate soldier.

Located in historic Occoquan, Virginia, this national historic landmark, a grand stone mansion, is less than a mile from I-95 and is 30 minutes from D.C. The mansion hosts a beautiful crystal ballroom with elliptical domed ceiling and maple wood floors, stage, brick patios, working fireplaces, and antiques throughout the home.
